Business and management faculty was founded in 1996. 

The traditional features of education at the faculty are combining of theoretical fundamental skills with special applied practical training. Much attention is paid to developing students' analytical work and creative thinking skills.

Currently the faculty includes the following chairs:

• Economics and organization of agricultural enterprises chair;
• Economic theory and law chair;
• Information management, marketing and accounting chair;
• Higher mathematics chair;
• Practical linguistics chair.

Economics 

You will get the following skills:

• Development of long-term, medium-term and current plans for the economic and social development of the organization;
• Conducting a comprehensive economic analysis in order to identify reserves and improve the efficiency of the organization;
• Analysis and modeling of economic processes at micro- and macro-levels;
• Conducting research in methodology and techniques for planning and analyzing the results of the organization’s production and economic activities;
• Understanding financial statements and writing business plans;
• Skills in conducting individual stages of an organization’s production and economic activities, including: research and development, production, marketing, formation and use of resources, product promotion.

Graduates are competent in the management of enterprises of various forms using an entrepreneurial approach.

Our specialists work at enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, specialized logistics centers, enterprises for processing and storage of agricultural products, trade and services, small businesses, etc.

Agribusiness

You will get the following skills:

• Management of automatic processes and maintenance of automatic devices;
• Management skills and knowledge of business principles as they apply to agriculture;
• Knowledge of production economics, farm valuation, agricultural financing;
• Planning, organization and control of logistics activities in the agribusiness system;
• Methods and tools to improve productivity and minimize risks;
• Innovative technologies in agriculture.

Graduates are competent in business management through planning, organizing, regulating and monitoring the support of logistics activities of organizations in the agribusiness system.

Management

You will get the following skills:

• Development and implementation of the organization’s corporate strategy, as well as functional strategies (marketing, financial, staff);
• Planning the activities of the organization and departments, forming the organizational and management structure of the organization;
• Development and implementation of projects aimed at the development of the organization;
• Development of marketing strategies and planning of social communications;
• Understanding financial statements and writing business plans;
• Staff management, motivating people to achieve results.

Graduates are competent in the management of enterprises of various forms using an entrepreneurial approach.
